Once your order is received, if we have the items in stock, we will ship your order the next working day.
If an item has to be made/manufactured especially for you, or is not currently available for our suppliers it will be placed on back order. We will contact you if this happens and let you know when you can expect to receive the completion of your order. At this point you will have the option to change the order or cancel the outstanding items.

Returns & Missing Or Damaged Merchandise
Bauerware inspects all orders prior to shipping. however, should your order arrive in damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
We will replace all damaged hardware if notified within 24 hours after receipt. |
We accept returns from our online store, but require written notification by email at Info@Bauerwaresf.com within seven days of receipt of the order. Up to a 50% restocking fee may apply to all orders returned to our vendors.
